スキャッフォルドのメンバー「マッゴー＆マクギア」による1968年リリースのポップ・ソングとポエトリー・リーディングのアルバムです。1989年のCD化以来23年振りの祝！再CD化です。商品の説明欄にもあるようにマイク・マクギアの実兄ポール・マッカートニー(ビートルズ)、ジミ・ヘンドリックス、グレアム・ナッシュ(ホリーズ)他豪華ゲストが参加しています。録音は1967年の6月から秋に掛けて行われたようで、ジミヘン参加の１＆１３や実兄ポール・マッカートニーとの兄弟デュオが聴ける１１、ポールが詩の朗読のＢＧＭをピアノで弾いた９など収録しています。
日本盤は紙ジャケ仕様のアメリカ盤にMSIが帯と解説の対訳を付けたものです。
歌詞＆対訳付でしたら☆５つですが、米輸入盤が1,200〜1,600円程度で購入出来ますので、日本盤の価格相応の付加価値が感じられない為☆−1です。アルバムの内容は☆☆☆☆☆５つです。
